We also craft freeze-dried protein powders, drink mixes, ice cream, sauces, and marinades — all packed with flavor and fun. At the heart of Taste Twist are two brothers with a shared passion for food, family, and creativity. Growing up in a Hispanic household, food was never just about eating — it was the centerpiece of every gathering, a way to celebrate love, culture, and togetherness.
Our parents owned a restaurant, and from a young age we were immersed in that world. We learned early that food is more than flavor — it’s a connection. Those childhood experiences sparked our entrepreneurial spirit and inspired us to take our talents in food and share them with the community.
Mario brings the vision, creativity, and drive to turn ideas into reality. For him, food has always been about family traditions and making people smile. He believes every recipe should carry the same warmth as a meal shared around the family table.
Rafa has carried his childhood dream all the way into a successful culinary career. A quirky and funny spirit, once he sets his mind on something, there’s no stopping him. His journey led him to become Chef de Cuisine at the Dallas Cowboys Sports Bar at WinStar Casino in Oklahoma, and now, to channel his love for culinary arts into building Taste Twist.
Together, we believe food is love, and seeing people enjoy our creations brings us joy. Taste Twist is our way of sharing that joy with you.
