Because our products are food-based, we have to keep things safe for everyone — so all sales are final once your order ships.

If Something’s Not Right

If your order shows up damaged or you got the wrong item, don’t worry — we’ll make it right!
Please email us at info@taste-twist.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Include the following in your message so we can verify and help fast:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Your shipping info (including the date and time it was delivered) so we can confirm the 24-hour window

Once we review everything, we’ll issue store credit for the affected item(s).

When We Can’t Offer a Return or Credit

To keep things safe and fair, we’re unable to issue refunds or credits if:

  • The product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with

  • It’s been more than 24 hours since delivery

  • The item was ordered incorrectly

  • The flavor just wasn’t your favorite (hey, it happens!)
