If Something’s Not Right
If your order shows up damaged or you got the wrong item, don’t worry — we’ll make it right!
Please email us at info@taste-twist.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Include the following in your message so we can verify and help fast:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging
Your shipping info (including the date and time it was delivered) so we can confirm the 24-hour window
Once we review everything, we’ll issue store credit for the affected item(s).
When We Can’t Offer a Return or Credit
To keep things safe and fair, we’re unable to issue refunds or credits if:
The product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with
It’s been more than 24 hours since delivery
The item was ordered incorrectly
The flavor just wasn’t your favorite (hey, it happens!)
